UK Standard
All standard orders are sent out Royal Mail Tracked 48 that delivers within 2 working days. You will receive an email with tracking details once the order is dispatched.
UK Express
Express shipping are sent out on Royal Mail Next Day Delivery service that guarantees delivery by 1pm the following day. You will receive an email with tracking details once the order is dispatched.
International
International orders are sent out Royal Mail International tracked and delivery times vary depending on destination. You will receive an email with tracking details once the order is dispatched.
International Customers
EU Customers
If you are an EU customer (including Republic of Ireland) you will not be charged custom duties on any order under €150 excluding shipping under the IOSS scheme. Your tax will be calculated at checkout so that you have complete transparency on the overall cost of your order.
International Customers
Our sale prices and shipping costs do not include overseas customs and clearance charges. Sadly we are currently unable to calculate this at checkout as the cost is set by the destination country. You may incur custom charges for international orders however the VAT will be deducted at checkout.
Eco-Friendly
Gift wrapping
We wrap all our orders, however if you would like us to gift wrap an order and send direct to the recipient with a handwritten note just let us know.
We use acid free, recyclable tissue paper to wrap items and all our orders are sent out in eco-friendly packaging that can be recycled and re-used.
