UK RETURNS

Returns and exchanges are processed through our returns portal within 14 days of purchase. We charge £2.50 for returns, debited from your refund and do not charge to exchange an item.

You will be asked for your order number and to give a reason for return to help us improve our service to you.

Once the item is received, checked and restocked your refund is processed within 3 working days. Exchanges are typically sent out the same day.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We accept international returns however it is the responsibility of the customer to cover the return shipping costs.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer international exchanges, so please return the original item and re-order online.

Returns policy

  • Sale items are final and not eligible for return although we offer exchange or store credit
  • 14-day return period from purchase
  • Items must be unworn, in perfect condition with tags attached
  • For gift returns, please provide the original order details
  • Refunds are processed within 3 days of us receiving the return
  • Original shipping costs are not included in the refund
  • We cannot be held responsible for lost parcels sent outside our returns portal
