Our No Emotions pilates event this morning saw a network of dynamic women who we admire jump-start their day in style.
In celebration of women who 'hustle as hard as they celebrate' what better way to start the day than an energising pilates workout with Sophie-Rose Pilates, at the stunning Seven Lion Yard studio.
